Pello is a pet care app: one shared timeline of a pet's health and care records, reminders, and an assistant that answers from those records. This page explains what data the app handles, where it is kept, and what you can do about it.
Everything starts on your device. Pello has no account and no server of its own.
If you turn the iCloud backup on (optional, from the pet tab), your records are also kept in your own iCloud through Apple's CloudKit, so they come back on a new phone. There is no Pello account and no password. When you invite a caregiver, CloudKit shares that pet's records with the people you invited, and nobody else. Apple's iCloud terms govern that storage.
Ask Pello is part of Pello Premium. When you ask a question, the app sends the question, the language, the parts of your pet's records the assistant needs, and a random account identifier to our proxy (a Cloudflare Worker) and from there to Google's Gemini API, which produces the answer. Nothing that names you or your device is sent beyond that identifier, and the answers are not used for advertising. The proxy keeps no copy of your records.
Subscriptions are paid through Apple, and Pello never sees your card or your Apple ID. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt and the account identifier so the app knows whether Premium is active.
No advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no selling of data. The app asks for no personal information about you — not even your name, unless you type it as a caregiver's name.
You can delete individual records in the app (open a record, then Delete). Removing a pet removes its records from the device. If you turned the iCloud backup on, the copy in your iCloud can be removed in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Pello. Deleting the app removes everything it kept on the phone. To have anything we hold about you removed, write to us and we will do it.
Pello is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app or the App Store listing will say so.

Bir pet'i kaldırmak kayıtlarını cihazdan siler. iCloud yedeklemesini açtıysanız iCloud'daki kopyayı iOS Ayarlar → Apple ID'niz → iCloud → Hesap Depolamayı Yönet → Pello yolundan kaldırabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek telefonda sakladığı her şeyi siler. Sizinle ilgili elimizde kalan bir şeyin silinmesi için bize yazın, yaparız.
Pello 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Pello es una app de cuidado de mascotas: una cronología compartida con los registros de salud y cuidados de tu mascota, recordatorios y un asistente que responde desde esos registros. Esta página explica qué datos maneja la app, dónde se guardan y qué puedes hacer al respecto.
Todo empieza en tu dispositivo. Pello no tiene cuenta ni servidor propio.
Si activas la copia en iCloud (opcional, desde la pestaña de tu mascota), tus registros también se guardan en tu propio iCloud mediante CloudKit de Apple, para que vuelvan en un teléfono nuevo. No hay cuenta ni contraseña de Pello. Cuando invitas a un cuidador, CloudKit comparte los registros de esa mascota solo con quien invitaste. Ese almacenamiento se rige por las condiciones de iCloud de Apple.
Pregunta a Pello forma parte de Pello Premium. Cuando haces una pregunta, la app envía la pregunta, el idioma, las partes de los registros que el asistente necesita y un identificador de cuenta aleatorio a nuestro proxy (un Cloudflare Worker) y de allí a la API Gemini de Google, que produce la respuesta. No se envía nada que te identifique a ti o a tu dispositivo más allá de ese identificador, y las respuestas no se usan para publicidad. El proxy no guarda copia de tus registros.
Las suscripciones se pagan a través de Apple y Pello nunca ve tu tarjeta ni tu Apple ID. RevenueCat recibe el recibo de compra y el identificador de cuenta para que la app sepa si Premium está activo.
Sin publicidad, sin seguimiento entre apps o sitios, sin herramientas de analítica o de informes de fallos, y sin vender datos. La app no pide información personal tuya: ni tu nombre, salvo que lo escribas como nombre de un cuidador.
Puedes borrar registros uno a uno en la app (abre el registro y pulsa Eliminar). Quitar una mascota borra sus registros del dispositivo. Si activaste la copia en iCloud, la copia en tu iCloud se puede borrar en Ajustes de iOS → tu Apple ID → iCloud → Gestionar almacenamiento → Pello. Borrar la app elimina todo lo que guardaba en el teléfono. Para que borremos algo que tengamos sobre ti, escríbenos y lo haremos.
Pello no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recoge datos de ellos a sabiendas.

Pello ist eine App für die Pflege von Haustieren: eine gemeinsame Zeitleiste mit Gesundheits- und Pflegeeinträgen, Erinnerungen und ein Assistent, der aus diesen Einträgen antwortet. Diese Seite erklärt, welche Daten die App verarbeitet, wo sie liegen und was du tun kannst.
Alles beginnt auf deinem Gerät. Pello hat kein Konto und keinen eigenen Server.
Wenn du das iCloud-Backup einschaltest (optional, im Tier-Tab), liegen deine Einträge zusätzlich in deiner eigenen iCloud über Apples CloudKit, damit sie auf einem neuen Telefon zurückkommen. Ein Pello-Konto und ein Passwort gibt es nicht. Wenn du eine Person einlädst, teilt CloudKit die Einträge dieses Tiers nur mit den eingeladenen Personen. Für diese Speicherung gelten Apples iCloud-Bedingungen.
Frag Pello gehört zu Pello Premium. Bei einer Frage sendet die App die Frage, die Sprache, die dafür nötigen Teile der Einträge und eine zufällige Konto-Kennung an unseren Proxy (einen Cloudflare Worker) und von dort an Googles Gemini-API, die die Antwort erzeugt. Über diese Kennung hinaus wird nichts gesendet, was dich oder dein Gerät benennt, und die Antworten werden nicht für Werbung genutzt. Der Proxy behält keine Kopie deiner Einträge.
Abos werden über Apple bezahlt; Pello sieht weder deine Karte noch deine Apple-ID. RevenueCat erhält den Kaufbeleg und die Konto-Kennung, damit die App weiß, ob Premium aktiv ist.
Keine Werbung, kein Tracking über andere Apps oder Websites, keine Analyse- oder Absturzberichtsdienste und kein Verkauf von Daten. Die App fragt keine persönlichen Angaben über dich ab — nicht einmal deinen Namen, außer du tippst ihn als Namen einer Betreuungsperson ein.
Einzelne Einträge kannst du in der App löschen (Eintrag öffnen, dann Löschen). Ein Tier zu entfernen löscht seine Einträge vom Gerät. Wenn du das iCloud-Backup eingeschaltet hast, kannst du die Kopie in deiner iCloud unter iOS-Einstellungen → deine Apple-ID → iCloud → Speicher verwalten → Pello entfernen. Die App zu löschen entfernt alles, was sie auf dem Telefon behalten hat. Wenn wir etwas über dich löschen sollen, schreib uns, und wir tun es.
Pello richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.
Ändert sich diese Erklärung wesentlich, sagen es die App oder der App-Store-Eintrag.
