Pello — Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Mehmet Alp Arslan ("we"), the developer of the Pello app. By using Pello you accept them. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app you downloaded from the App Store.

1. What Pello is

Pello helps you keep and share records about a pet's health and daily care, reminds you about doses and appointments, and — with Pello Premium — answers questions from those records. Pello is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not a veterinary service.

2. Not veterinary advice

Pello never diagnoses and does not replace veterinary care. The assistant's answers are drawn from the records you and your care team entered, and may be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a veterinarian about your pet's health, and in an emergency contact one immediately.

3. Your records and your responsibility

You keep the rights to what you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping your device and your Apple ID secure. Do not enter other people's personal data without their permission. If you invite someone to a pet, they can see and edit that pet's records — invite only people you trust, and remove them if that changes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pello Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription: yearly at $29.99 with a 7-day free trial, or monthly at $4.99 (prices in your storefront's currency, as shown in the app before you buy).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• If a free trial is offered, it ends when you subscribe; any unused part of a trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. "Restore purchases" in the app brings back a subscription bought with the same Apple ID.

5. Fair use

Use Pello lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, do not use the assistant to generate unlawful or harmful content, and do not use it for commercial veterinary advice.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, and a feature may be added, changed or removed. We may suspend the service for maintenance or if these terms are broken. You can stop using Pello at any time and delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

Pello is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take about your pet based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

1. Pello nedir

Pello, bir pet'in sağlık ve günlük bakım kayıtlarını tutmanıza ve paylaşmanıza yardımcı olur, doz ve randevuları hatırlatır ve Pello Premium ile bu kayıtlardan soruları yanıtlar. Pello bir kayıt ve hatırlatma aracıdır; veteriner hizmeti değildir.

2. Veteriner tavsiyesi değildir

Pello teşhis koymaz ve veteriner bakımının yerini tutmaz. Asistanın yanıtları sizin ve bakım ekibinizin girdiği kayıtlardan üretilir; eksik veya yanlış olabilir. Pet'inizin sağlığı için her zaman bir veterinere danışın, acil durumda hemen başvurun.

3. Kayıtlarınız ve sorumluluğunuz

Girdiklerinizin hakları sizde kalır. Doğruluğundan ve cihazınızla Apple ID'nizi güvende tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Başkalarının kişisel verilerini izinsiz girmeyin. Birini bir pet'e davet ederseniz, o kişi o pet'in kayıtlarını görebilir ve düzenleyebilir — yalnız güvendiğiniz kişileri davet edin, durum değişirse çıkarın.

4. Abonelikler ve ödeme

Pello Premium isteğe bağlı, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir: 7 günlük ücretsiz denemeyle yıllık $29.99 ya da aylık $4.99 (fiyatlar mağazanızın para biriminde, satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterildiği gibi).

• Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınıza yansır.
• Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
• Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınıza yansır.
• iOS Ayarlar → Apple ID'niz → Abonelikler yolundan istediğiniz an yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönem sonuna kadar sürer.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, abone olduğunuzda sona erer; denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alınca kaybolur.
• İadeler App Store kurallarına göre Apple tarafından yapılır. Uygulamadaki "Satın alımları geri yükle", aynı Apple ID ile alınan aboneliği geri getirir.

5. Adil kullanım

Pello'yu hukuka uygun ve amacına uygun kullanın. Hizmeti bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye, tersine mühendisliğe veya yeniden satmaya çalışmayın; asistanı hukuka aykırı ya da zararlı içerik üretmek için ve ticari veteriner tavsiyesi için kullanmayın.

6. Kullanılabilirlik ve değişiklikler

Özellikler değişebilir; bir özellik eklenebilir, değişebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Bakım için ya da bu koşullar ihlal edilirse hizmeti askıya alabiliriz. Pello'yu istediğiniz an kullanmayı bırakabilir ve verilerinizi gizlilik politikasında anlatıldığı gibi silebilirsiniz.

7. Sorumluluk

Pello "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ya da uygulamaya dayanarak pet'iniz hakkında verdiğiniz kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir şey, emredici tüketici hukukundan doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

Estos términos son entre tú y Mehmet Alp Arslan ("nosotros"), desarrollador de la app Pello. Al usar Pello los aceptas. También se aplica el Contrato de licencia de usuario final estándar de Apple a la app que descargaste de la App Store.

1. Qué es Pello

Pello te ayuda a guardar y compartir registros sobre la salud y el cuidado diario de una mascota, te recuerda dosis y citas y, con Pello Premium, responde preguntas desde esos registros. Pello es una herramienta de registro y recordatorios, no un servicio veterinario.

2. No es consejo veterinario

Pello nunca diagnostica y no sustituye la atención veterinaria. Las respuestas del asistente se basan en los registros que tú y tu equipo introdujisteis y pueden ser incompletas o erróneas. Consulta siempre a un veterinario sobre la salud de tu mascota y, en una emergencia, contacta de inmediato.

3. Tus registros y tu responsabilidad

Conservas los derechos sobre lo que introduces. Eres responsable de su exactitud y de mantener tu dispositivo y tu Apple ID seguros. No introduzcas datos personales de otras personas sin su permiso. Si invitas a alguien a una mascota, esa persona puede ver y editar sus registros: invita solo a quien confíes y quítala si eso cambia.

4. Suscripciones y facturación

Pello Premium es una suscripción opcional de renovación automática: anual por 29,99 $ con 7 días de prueba gratis, o mensual por 4,99 $ (precios en la moneda de tu tienda, como se muestran en la app antes de comprar).

• El pago se carga a tu Apple ID al confirmar la compra.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual.
• El cargo de renovación se aplica a tu cuenta dentro de las 24 horas previas al final del periodo.
• Puedes gestionarla o cancelarla en Ajustes de iOS → tu Apple ID → Suscripciones. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones; el periodo actual sigue hasta su fin.
• Si hay prueba gratuita, termina al suscribirte; la parte no usada de la prueba se pierde al comprar la suscripción.
• Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según las normas de la App Store. "Restaurar compras" recupera la suscripción comprada con el mismo Apple ID.

5. Uso justo

Usa Pello de forma lícita y para lo previsto. No intentes dañar, sobrecargar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni revender el servicio, y no uses el asistente para generar contenido ilegal o dañino ni como consejo veterinario comercial.

6. Disponibilidad y cambios

Las funciones pueden cambiar: se pueden añadir, modificar o retirar. Podemos suspender el servicio por mantenimiento o si se incumplen estos términos. Puedes dejar de usar Pello cuando quieras y borrar tus datos como se describe en la política de privacidad.

7. Responsabilidad

Pello se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes ni de las decisiones que tomes sobre tu mascota basándote en la app. Nada aquí limita los derechos que te da la ley de consumo imperativa.

Diese Bedingungen gelten zwischen dir und Mehmet Alp Arslan ("wir"), dem Entwickler der App Pello. Mit der Nutzung von Pello akzeptierst du sie. Für die aus dem App Store geladene App gilt zusätzlich Apples Standard-Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag.

1. Was Pello ist

Pello hilft dir, Einträge zu Gesundheit und Alltagspflege eines Tiers zu führen und zu teilen, erinnert an Dosen und Termine und beantwortet — mit Pello Premium — Fragen aus diesen Einträgen. Pello ist ein Dokumentations- und Erinnerungswerkzeug, kein tierärztlicher Dienst.

2. Kein tierärztlicher Rat

Pello stellt keine Diagnosen und ersetzt keine tierärztliche Versorgung. Die Antworten des Assistenten stammen aus den Einträgen, die du und dein Team erfasst haben, und können unvollständig oder falsch sein. Wende dich bei Fragen zur Gesundheit deines Tiers immer an eine Tierarztpraxis, im Notfall sofort.

3. Deine Einträge und deine Verantwortung

Die Rechte an deinen Einträgen bleiben bei dir. Du bist für ihre Richtigkeit und dafür verantwortlich, dein Gerät und deine Apple-ID sicher zu halten. Trage keine personenbezogenen Daten anderer ohne deren Erlaubnis ein. Lädst du jemanden zu einem Tier ein, kann diese Person die Einträge sehen und bearbeiten — lade nur Personen ein, denen du vertraust, und entferne sie, wenn sich das ändert.

4. Abos und Abrechnung

Pello Premium ist ein optionales, automatisch verlängerndes Abo: jährlich 29,99 $ mit 7 Tagen kostenloser Testphase oder monatlich 4,99 $ (Preise in der Währung deines Storefronts, wie vor dem Kauf in der App angezeigt).

• Die Zahlung wird bei Kaufbestätigung auf deine Apple-ID abgebucht.
• Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch, wenn du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums kündigst.
• Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums abgebucht.
• Verwalten oder kündigen kannst du es unter iOS-Einstellungen → deine Apple-ID → Abonnements. Kündigen stoppt weitere Verlängerungen; der laufende Zeitraum läuft bis zum Ende.
• Gibt es eine kostenlose Testphase, endet sie mit dem Abschluss des Abos; nicht genutzte Testzeit verfällt mit dem Kauf.
• Rückerstattungen wickelt Apple nach den App-Store-Regeln ab. "Käufe wiederherstellen" holt ein Abo mit derselben Apple-ID zurück.

5. Faire Nutzung

Nutze Pello rechtmäßig und wie vorgesehen. Versuche nicht, den Dienst zu stören, zu überlasten, zurückzuentwickeln oder weiterzuverkaufen, und nutze den Assistenten nicht für rechtswidrige oder schädliche Inhalte oder als gewerbliche tierärztliche Beratung.

6. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen

Funktionen können sich ändern, hinzukommen oder entfallen. Wir können den Dienst für Wartung aussetzen oder wenn diese Bedingungen verletzt werden. Du kannst Pello jederzeit nicht mehr nutzen und deine Daten wie in der Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben löschen.

7. Haftung

Pello wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Soweit das Gesetz es zulässt, haften wir nicht für mittelbare oder Folgeschäden oder für Entscheidungen, die du aufgrund der App über dein Tier triffst. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
